METHODS:Sixty—oneinpatientswithacutestrokeagedlessthan70 withlessthanlmonthcoursefromtheCenterofRehabilitationofTaihe HospitalofShiyanCitywereselectedfromFebruary2003toAugust2004 anddividedbydrawmethodintomotorrelearninggroupwith3lcases andneurodevelopmentaltherapygroupwith30cases.1Thepatientsin motorrelearninggroupacceptedtherehabilitationtreatmentprocedure mainlymotorrelearningtherapy,includingupperlimbfunctiontraining, actinalsurfacefunctiontraining,sitanduptrainingfromlyingonthe backtobedside,sittingpositionbalancetraining,standingupandsitting downtraining,stancebalancetrainingandwalkingtraining;Patientsin neurodevelopmentaltherapygroupacceptedtherehabilitationtreatment mainlyneurodevelopmentaltherapy,Bobaththerapyasthemainsubject included3difierentstages:retardationstage,spasmstageandrelative recoverystagetotreat;Thepatientsinthetwogroupsweretreatedwith acupunctureandmoxibustiontherapyandabsent—neretherapyatthe sametime.Whenallthepatie
