Comprehensive Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of the Beijing-Tianjin Sand Source Control Project in Hebei Province Aulllof Dcng Oui-mci Tutor．Professor 2amo Hui-feng Specialty：Forestry Economics Management Abstract Hebei province，located in the north of China,which surrounds Bcijing andnanjin dty,is the maill sourc七area of industry using waI盯and living using water,and is an important barrier to resist sandstorm for Beijing and Tianjin city．Meantime．it is one of the main sand source areas of Beijing and Tianjin,which锄seriously effect the ecological environment around the capital area．The control of sandstorm sOurce in the Hebei province,can not only improve the ecological environment of its local area and around the capital area,alleviate the damage caused by the sandstorm，but also improve the level of economy development and the district’S self-development ability,and accomplish the sustainable development of economy, resource and environment． Therefore,the study on the implement effect ofthis subject is significant in theory and in practice． Guided by the sustainable development theory,and the theory about the correlation between economy development and resource environment,the theory about ecology recovery and reconstruction and related economy theory,using the econometrics as the principle analysis tool，adopting the measured combined with the quantitative and qualitative analysis，the implementary effects of the project are appraised,and the problems existed are analyzed，what’S more,the countermeasures are put forward to promote the project’S implementation．Therefore，the main content of this study is as follows： Part one-introduce the startup background，study propose,study meaning，the study status quo at home and abroad ofthe Beijing-Tianjin Sand Source Control Project，study objects，main study contents and smdy methods，and point out the necessary ofstudy Part two：list the theoretical basis of the project’S implementation．The Beijing—Tianjin Sand Source Co
