淮安市招标投标倍息管理系统分析与设计 研究生 z 孟爱民 导师:冯勤超 东南大学 摘要 本文遵循软件工程的方法，从调查需求到系统总体及详细设计，对招投标信 息管理系统进行了结构化的分析和设计。本文从现布系统存在的问题入芋，在对 业务流程进行分析的基础上， 运用计算机技术及以数据为中心数据库建设改善 了业务流程:针对招投标业务的特点，设计了淮安市招投标信息管理系统功能模 块的结构方案:针对准安市招投标管理办公室的业务需求，综合运用相关技术， 提高了淮安市招投标管理办公室对招投标交易活动的服务和监管效廓，提高了准 安市招投标管理工作的倍息化水平:最后，完成了一套规范标准体系、一个数 据库、一个信息系统、两个整合与升级的设计工作。 通过研究表明， 淮安市招投标信息管理系统能够适应准安市经济社会发展 和招投标管理水平提高的需要，是集效能、质量、服务保障为一体的数字化、网 络化、集成化的信息管理系统，可大幅度提高淮安市招投标管理与服务工作的规 范化、科学化、倍息化水平，为招投标过程全面数字化管理做出了有益的尝试。 关键词:招栋投标信息管理系统系统分析系统设计 11 11 The analysis and design of Bid Management Information System in Huaian city Graduate: Meng Ai-Min Sup町visor: Feng Qin-Chao Southeast Univ町sity ABSTRACT From investigation r叫uiremen臼 to Overall detailed design system，the article has made the structured Analysis and Design on BIMS，abiding by the methods of makingso位ware engine町ing. B部创 on the analysis ofbusiness process，it is designed to improve business processes using computer technology and data-centric database， starting from the problems in the existing system. In view of the features of the bidding business，让is to design the struc阳re of the progr即n modules of Huaian BIMS.
