河口采油厂设备管理研究蒲洪春(s_,2k工程) 河口采油厂设备管理研究 蒲洪春(s_,2k工程) 指导教师：刘清志(教授) 摘要 我国石油企业设备管理研究是适应建立现代企业制度需要的重要 课题，也是我国经济体制改革的重要组成部分，更是石油企业改革所必 须解决的核心问题。 本论文在对石油企业设备管理的理论进行了认真、全面、系统研究 的基础上，从设备管理的实际出发，对国内外石油企业关于设备管理研 究的现状进行了总结，研究了我国石油企业设备管理的新要求、新方法。 本着理论联系实际的原则，结合河口采油厂的实际情况，在深入调研的 基础上，分析了目前河口采油厂在设备管理方面存在的问题，主要表现 在管理组织机构、管理作业流程和管理人员素质方面；提出了新的设备 技术管理方法，在设备的维护和技术改造以及维修管理方面进行了改 进；在设备的运营管理方面提出了设备折旧资金的管理、设备维修费用 的管理、设备的盘活、有偿占用、租赁、设备的报废管理等管理方法： 以上几个方面的研究为推进河1：3采油厂设备管理的科学化，组织好设备 的运营，优化设备合理调配，提高设备完好率、利用率提供有效的参考 建议。 关键词：石油企业，设备管理，对策 Research Research On Equipment Management in Hekou Oil Field PU Hong—chun(Industrial Engineering) Directed by Professor LIU Qing—zh Abstract The study of equipments management in state petroleum enterprises is an important subject in the process ofbuilding the modem enterprise system． It’s also all important component of economic system reform and the core problem must be solved during petroleum enterprise reform． The thesis on the theory of oil equipment management conducted serious，comprehensive and systematic research，based on the actual conditions in terms of equipment management for domestic and foreign oil companies for equipment management，a review of the status quo，to study the management of oil equipment to the new requirements and new methods． Based on the principle of linking theory with reality,combining production plant Hekou ofthe actual situaion on the basis of in—depth investigation and analysis of the current management of the Hekou Oil field in the problems that exist mainly in management，management engineering and management personnel；A new technical equipment management，equipment maintenance and technological upgrades to improve the management and maintenance； Business equipment in the management of the equipment depreciation funds management，equipment maintenance management，and equipment to use， paid occupmion，leasing，and equipment end—of-life management and other management management practices；The above aspects of the Hekou Oil field Equipmen
