We design and draR the plan for understand the present competitive situations,identify the market opportunities,and locate the position of the project according to which product design,marketing plan and sales decision are conducted.Besides,we have to analyze the economic feasibilities and risks of the project,with measures prepared in advance. Having worked for three months assessing the location advantages of the plot,we identified an ecological residential example’as the project positioning,which conforms to the mainstream living mode of this generation.Furthermore,we design such a image as downtown apartments i11 mansion styJe to describe the beautiful environment and good view as well as Cheering feeling of the project.To cater to buyers’ demand we classify apartments in di fferent square nleter ranging from 80 to 220,and priced 2800 RMB per square 11rater fOl‘residential,8800RMB for commercial and 55000 for each parking plot.As for financing the project,we plan the total budget of 162,509,500 RMB,of which 50 million from the developer,30 Key words:Commercial residential Marketing and Promot million from bank loans,and finally the rest from sales of products.We expect the operation profit o
