河南省 河南省焦作市中学生体质健康状况及相关因素的调查研究 万方数据 万方数据 ABSTRACT Objective: Based on fully understanding of the present fitness conditions of Jiaozuo city Henan province, together with the study, living and sports features, this article discuss the body fitness health and relevent factors mainly from family and school conditions, in order to provide theoretical basis for educational reform and PE policies. Methods: This study adopts literature study, expert interview, test, questionaire and mathematical statistic to study the fitness conditions and relevant factors of middle school students in Jiaozuo city. The research selects 600 subjects from 6 middle schools in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. By testing and analysing their body shape(stature, body weight), physical fuctions (pulmonary and pulse) and physical quality(50 meter running, standing long jump, seat body ante flexion, 1000 meter for boys and 800 meters for girls), and through questionnaire, together with the family condition research, living and study habit, exercise condition and the attitude to exercise and so on to discuss and analysis. Results: 1. Body shape: Most students’ BMI values are normal. In junor and high school’s rate of overweight and fat are 14.3% and 12.3% respectivelly. The boys have more people overweight and fat than girls, the rates are 18.0% and 8.67% respectively. While in the rate of weight under normal, the number of boys and girls are near, 7.3% and 7.8% respectively; 2. Physical fuctions: Cardiopulmonary function of middle school students in Jiaozuo city in 2009 is very good. The rate of pulmonary/body weight is much better than the average results of the national students in 2005, while quiet heart rate are lower; 3. Physical quality: The body quality is good, the Excellent, good and pass rates are 33.6%, 41.5% and 21.3% respectively. Boys are better than girls, with a total pass rate of 96.4%.
