中国农学通报 2013,29(28): 195-200 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 生物质炭对土壤特性及葡萄幼苗植株生长的影响 蔺海红,付琳琳,李恋卿,潘根兴,郑金伟,张旭辉,郑聚锋,王家芳,俞欣妍 (南京农业大学农业资源与生态环境研究所,南京210095 ) 摘 要:试验选择河北省张家口市怀来县中法庄园酿酒葡萄苗圃种植园区,研究施用生物质炭以及生物 质炭与木醋液配施对土壤肥力和葡萄幼苗植株生长的影响。结果表明:生物质炭与生物质炭和木醋液 配施,显著增加土壤有机质及有效态养分含量,其中有机质、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量分别提高了 31.4%~68.4%、27.3%~30.2%、145.5%~192.1%和65.3%~82.5%。施用生物质炭及其与木醋液配施还可促 进土壤微生物活性,其中微生物生物量碳显著提高60.5%~89.3% ,并且显著降低土壤容重,但施生物质 炭对土壤肥力特性的影响与配施木醋液相比有机质含量显著增加,其余有效养分含量无明显差异。同 时,施用生物质炭及其配施木醋液显著提高葡萄幼苗植株鲜重、株高、茎直径及叶片叶绿素含量。虽未 增加植株总根数及中级根(1.38~2.00 mm)根数,但显著增加粗根(2.00 mm)根数、细根(1.38 mm)根数 和根容积,且生物质炭和木醋液配施葡萄细根根数比施生物质炭植株提高22.1% 。因此,施用生物质炭 可明显提高土壤中植物有效态养分的含量,降低容重,改善土壤结构,促进葡萄幼苗植株的营养生长,而 且配施木醋液对葡萄的细根发育有明显的刺激作用。生物质炭在葡萄生产中具有一定的生产应用潜 力。 关键词:生物质炭;木醋液;酿酒葡萄;土壤养分;植株生长参数 中图分类号:S151.9 ,S156.2 文献标志码:A 论文编号:2013-0278 Effect of Biochar Application on Soil Properties and Grape Seedling Growth Lin Haihong, Fu Linlin, Li Lianqing, Pan Genxing, Zheng Jinwei, Zhang Xuhui, Zheng Jufeng, Wang Jiafang, Yu Xinyan (InstituteofResources,EcosystemandEnvironmentforAgriculture,NanjingAgriculturalUniversity, Nanjing 210095) Abstract: Field experiments were conducted to understand the effects of biochar and biochar with wood vinegar application to the soil fertility and wine grape growth in the nursery of Sino-French manor in Huailai, HeBei.
