中国农学通报 2012,28(17): 165-170 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 中国区域农业竞争力的比较研究 章海宏 （中南林业科技大学旅游学院，长沙410004 ） 摘 要：中国作为农业大国，研究农业竞争力对农业发展具有重要意义。基于此，首先通过构建反映农业 竞争力水平的11 个指标，对2005—2010 年的各个指标进行动态分析，发现中国农业发展趋势整体良好； 然后运用线性函数对中国不同地区的农业竞争力水平进行实证研究。研究结果发现：山东、河南等省份 的农业竞争力水平在全国排名相对靠前，而海南、西藏和青海等地区则排名相对靠后。但综合来看，中 国农业竞争力的整体水平都不高，说明中国在推动农业经济建设过程中，依然存在亟需解决的很多问 题。最后，提出了提高中国农业竞争力整体水平的建议。 关键词：农业竞争力；指标体系；综合评价；省际比较 中图分类号：F323 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2011-3887 CompareResearchonAgricultureCompetitionAbilityonRegionsinChina Zhang Haihong (TourismCollege,CentralSouthUniversityofForestryandTechnology，Changsha 410004) Abstract: As a large agricultural country, it has important significance for China to research agricultural competitiveness. Based on this, this paper firstly constructed eleven indicators to reflects agricultural competitiveness, and then made a dynamic analysis from 2005 to 2010, we found the development trend of Chinas agriculture overall was well. Then, the linear function was made to empirical research on agricultural competitiveness through different regions of China and shows that Shandong and Henan ranked relatively before other provinces in agricultural competitiveness, but Hainan, Tibet and Qinghai ranked relatively low. In general, however, the overall level of agriculture competition ability of our country was not high, indicating that there were many problems in China in promoting agricultural economic construction process which urgently to be solved.
