Under the complex economic condition, enterprises dropped for the pursuit of cost, process yield increase, investment and strategy of the company is constantly with development. With the development of information technology and the development of Multi-National Corporation, the new technology in the worldwide popularity continues to accelerate, technical superiority between large enterprises in decreasingly .effect on cost advantage, market share continue to increase. In this context, industry members especially Multi-National Corporation are making strategic alliances and resource optimization and integration, to optimize the allocation of resources in the global scope, to transfer production line to low-cost countries. Based on the analysis the problems in my personal experience of Optera Technology production line transfer from the United States to Chinese, put forward proposals to improve production line transfer.
