高校体育教师胜任特征模型建构 以高校体育教师、高校师资管理部门领导、高校体 育专业学生为调查和访谈对象，调查分析并构建由20个胜任 特征组成的普通高校体育教师胜任特征模型，在此基础上编 制并检验《高校体育教师胜任特征评价量表》。结果表明，自 信、责任心、专业技能、调动积极性、反思能力、终身学习、 明确的发展目标、创造性、关注细节9个因素，能够较好地 解释高校体育教师胜任力模型，该量表具有较好的信效度， 可以作为评价高校体育教师胜任特征的有效工具。 关键词：体育心理学；胜任特征模型；高校体育教师 :G807. 4 A文章编 号:1006-7116(2010)11-0063-05 Construction of a model of characteristics of competence of college physical education teachers ZHU Da-peng (Departmen of Sports Psychology,Wuhan Sports University,Wuhan 430079,China) Abstract： Basing his investigation or interview subjects on college physical education teachers, college physical education teacher management department leaders, and college physical education majors, the author analyzed and constructed a model of characteristics of competence of college physical education teachers, which consists of 20 characteristics of competence. Based on this model, the author compiled and tested a College Physical Education Teacher Competence Characteristic Evaluation Form, and revealed the following findings： such 9 factors as confidence, sense of responsibility, professional skill, initiative mobilization, retrospection ability, lifetime learning, specific development goal, creativity and detail caring can well interpret the model of competence of college physical education teachers； this form has good trustworthiness, can be used as an effective tool for evaluating the characteristic of competence of college physical education teachers. Key words： sports psychology；mode of characteristics of competence；college physical education teachers 美国哈佛大学著名心理学家麦克里兰将胜任力定义为： 胜任力是指能够区分在特定的工作岗位和组织环境中个人 绩效水平的特征［1］。教师工作胜任力特征是指教师在各种 教学环境中有效教学所必需的个性特质、知识、技能和态度 的整合体［2-3］。现代的教师胜任力评价基于多学科支撑下 概括的胜任力概念，研究的是“能显著区分优秀绩效和一般 绩效的个体特征” ［4-5］。不同学科教师的胜任特征模型具 有差异，以往学者们通常都是建立教师通用的胜任特征模型 ［6-8］。笔者认为当使用通用的胜任特征模型评价具体的学 科教师时，还需要对模型进行一定程度的修正。随着高校课 程改革的不断进行，体育教师的角色也在不断发生变化，主 要表现为：从知识传授者向学生学习的引导者转变；从单一 的课程执行者向课程开发、实施和评价者综合方向转变；从 管教者向教学关系的协调者转变；从单一技能传授向培养学 生体育意识和能力方向转变。而目前对体育学科教师岗位的 胜任特征模型的区分与比较研究还比较少，本研究针对这一 状况，试
