西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘 要 石英中，最难分选的是与石英性质相似的铝硅酸盐矿物，浮选是目前去 除石英砂矿中夹杂的铝硅酸盐矿物的最佳的工艺。研究通过改进浮选工艺来 提高石英中的铝硅酸盐矿物的去除效果，是提高我国储量丰富的石英砂矿石 资源的可利用价值，满足太阳能行业和电子行业日益增长的用硅需求的有效 途径。 本课题以安徽某地的脉石英为原料，通过对原矿工艺矿物学的研究，和 对石英砂反浮选工艺中的浮选条件、扩大石英与铝硅酸矿物表面性质差异方 法以及浮选环境三个方面的试验研究，找到了石英砂反浮选脱除铝硅酸盐矿 物的最佳工艺条件。最终，控制矿浆温度为45℃，微波预处理时间为20s， 并选择磁化半透水为浮选用水，石英砂的粒度范围为一50目，采用阴／阳离子 捕收剂反浮选的方法来浮选石英砂，得到了Al含量低至10mg／kg的石英精 矿。 本次试验研究所采用通过预处理，并控制浮选的条件和环境，来提高矿 物之间的表面性质差异，从而获得良好的分选效果的技术，对浮选石英矿和 其它的采用阴、阳离子捕收剂分选的矿物的浮选分离都有很好的推广和应用 价值。 关键词：石英 反浮选 微波 预处理 长石 AB AB STRACT The Properties of Aluminum silicate minerals iS the same as silicon，and they are difficult to sorting，for now，flotation is the best way to remove Aluminum silicate minerals from silicon．Research how to improve the flotation process to raise removal efficiency of Aluminum silicate minerals from silicon iS an effective way to enhancing the available value of our rich reserves of quartz minerals and content solar industry and electronic industry’S growing demand with silicon． This topic use the vein quartz which from anhui province to be raw materials，researched it’S process mineralogy，and the experimental study about the condition of the quartz reverse flotation，how to amplify the differences of the surface properties between quartz and Aluminum silicate minerals，also the flotation environment．At last，when the temperature of pulp is 45℃，microwave pretreatment time is 20s，the size of quartz sand range is一50 mesh，and using anion／cationic collector to reverse flotation the quartz sand，then the content of Al in quartz concentrate is 1 0mg／kg． This trial research to adopt the technology of using the pretreatment，control the conditions and the environment of the flotation to amplify the differences among the minerals to get the good effect of separation．And the technology is not only on the application of quartz flotation but also a on the other mineral flotation which use anion collector or cationic collector． Key Word s：quartz； reverse flotation；micro
