优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 AbstractStress Abstract Stress gastric ulcer has seriously effects on the quality of people’S life．The drug on the market is metabolized by livers and excreted by kidneys along with increasing burden of livers and kidneys，then affect the function on them．In order to find out a material which has no burden of body for the treatment of gastric ulcer,this article investigated the protective effect of D．．ribose on stress gastric ulcer．The effects of D--ribose on antioxidation effect of myocardial cells were also studied at the cellular level． The water-immersion restraint stress induced gastric ulcer model was established of SD rats．The SOD activity of serum and gastric mucosa tissue，MDA content of serum and gastric mucosa tissue and MPO activity of gastric mucosa tissue were detected by using xanthine oxidase method，thiobarbituric acid method and ELISA respectively．The gene expression level of IGF．．1 and TIMP．．2 of gastric mucosa tissue was determined by real time quantitative PCR．Primary myocardial cells were successfully cultured in vitro．The growth state of cardiac muscle cells was observed using inverted phase contrast microscope．The activity of myocardial cells and toxicity of D—ribose were investigaed by exclusion method．The SOD activity of myocardial cells was analyzed by xanthine oxidase method． The results showed that D—ribose significantly increased the SOD activity,decreased the MDA content and MPO activity,down—regulated the gene expression level of IGF一1，and upregulated the gene expression level of TIMP一2．D—ribose could reduce oxygen free radical generation，maintain oxidation and antioxidation balance，avoid the occurrence of oxidative stress，neutrophil infiltration and inflammatory reaction，and maintain the integrity of the structure and function of the cell．Therefore，D—ribose may have a function in the prevention and treatment of gastric ulcer．D·ribose had non—toxic effect on myocardial cells．The concentration of D．ribose solution in 5 me
