优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 -J EP-a·· - 。日就是为了在价格压力越来越大的情况下,如何使成本最小化,而利润最大化。 。日 就是为了在价格压力越来越大的情况下,如何使成本最小化,而利润最大化。 本文记录了德尔福(上海)动力推进系统有限公司(DSDPSC公司),通过研究 和应用精益生产管理思想,设计并实施有效的生产管理系统,使生产运作流程得到规 范化。生产管理系统中,通过采用看板拉动和先进先出相结合的管理方式,使生产线 的上、下道工序之间有序连接,降低了过程中在制品库存;通过对喷油器产品线采用 按订单式生产的计划模式,降低了喷油器成品库存;通过对燃油分配器生产线采用按 库存式生产模式,增加了生产线柔性,降低了在制品和成品库存。在实施生产管理系 统的基础上不断优化生产效率,进一步提高了产品的流转速度,降低制造周期 (TPCT),从而降低企业生产成本。同时,基于精益生产“Andon”系统和准时制(JIT) 的理念,利用设备控制程序的再次开发,以最小的成本在工位上安装了“暗灯系统”, 使循环操作的员工能够在准确的时间内得到准确的物料,保证生产线正常运作。 通过应用生产管理系统,使德尔福上海动力推进系统有限公司(DSDPSC公司) 的在制品库存和成品库存水平降幅超过50%,同时生产效率提升5%。从系统上改善 了公司的运营效率,提高了企业的管理水平和市场竞争力。 关键词:精益生产,生产管理系统,库存,效率 工程硕。t 工程硕。t:学位论文 Abstract The automobile industry has already become the most important economic support tO today’S society.After 1 00一year development,the automobile industry has accomplished an amazing progress both at the field of product technology improvement and production management development.At the same time,the phrase‘‘Lean Manufacturing’’is becoming more and more popular,which is a derivate of‘‘Toyota Production System (TPS)”.TOYOTA has achieved a great Success of implementing lean theory in its plants.It makes more and more enterprises be chasing after it now and trying to implement the same methodology as well.Today,the Lean Manufacturing methodology no longer only belongs to the automobile industry,but also opens to all the other areas based on manufacturing. All the purpose to implement Lean theory is to minimize cost,and maximize product profit under the environment of high pressure on products selling price competition. This thesis has recorded what Delphi Shanghai DynamicsPropulsion System Company (DSDPSC)had done to develop a feasible operation management system by studying and implementing the lean manufacturing methodology.The operation management system made the upper stream process connects well with down stream process with disciplines through combining the Strict Kanban Pull system and Fist—-in First--Out material flow sys
