摘要 摘要 远程教育作为终身教育的一种重要教育形式，有着诸多优点，它突破了传统 教育的时空限制，实现了教与学的时空分离。远程教育与普通高等教育相比，有 着一定的缺陷，远程教育时空分离的特点，表示着它的学生大部分是非脱产的自 主学习，与教师面对面的沟通机会较少，为了保证教学质量，帮助远程学习的学 生顺利完成学业，远程教育机构需要为学生提供支持服务。 本文通过对SNS通信方式进行分析，构建了一个基于多种SNS系统的学生个性 化支持服务模型。通过对短信、即时通讯、Email、社交网络等SNS系统服务及其 在学生支持中的应用进行分析，找出对不同种类的学生支持服务最适宜的SNS通信 方式。同时对学生建立个性化的模型，得出一个按接受效率排序的SNS系统队列。 在实际的应用中，以此队列顺序优先处理队列前面的SNS系统的服务请求，同时通 过队列中排序靠前的SNS系统向学生提供主动服务。在实践方面，本文根据基于多 种SNS系统的学生支持服务模型对学生支持服务平台进行了功能设计。 关键词：远程教育 学生支持服务 SNS 个性化 Abstract Distance education is an important form of lifelong education. It has many advantages. It breaks through time and space constraints of traditional education, and achieves spatial and temporal separation of teaching and learning. But distance education has some defects. Because of its separation of spatial and temporal, most students of distance education are non-full-time self-learning and have fewer opportunities of face to face communication with teachers and other students. In order to ensure the quality of teaching and help students to complete their studies, distance education institutions should provide students support services. This paper analysis SNS communications, and build a personalized student support services model based on a variety of SNS systems. By analysing the SMS, Instant messaging, Email, and SNS social networking and other services and their applications, identify the most appropriate SNS communication in different types of student support services. Develop a personalized model to get a SNS system queue ordered by receiving efficiency. In practical applications, deal with service requests in the front of the SNS system first, and sort students active service by the ways in the front of the SNS queue. In this paper, functional design of the student support services platform which is based on the personalized student support services model of SNS communicate systems is provided.
