Lack of rural financial services can not meet the financial needs of rural. In rural areas, lack of appropriate compensation mechanism, weakened financial institutions active in rural areas. Countries should deepen rural financial reforms to encourage private capital participation in rural finance. Leverage financial resources to play the role of policies to support the implementation of market ac- cess. Speed up construction of rural finance to change the traditional way of financial services. Simplify the process of financial services. Accelerate rural financial market security system. Keywords: Rural Finance; Countermeasure; Innovation 创新农村金融服务方式研究 李晓莉 重庆电子工程职业学院，重庆，中国，401331 Email: lxlflcq@163.com 摘 要: 现代农业发展给农村金融带来了巨大的市场潜力，推进社会主义新农村建设离不开金融支持。 农村金融市场的垄断使服务方式创新缺乏动力，农村金融体系和农村金融基础设施不完善、相关的政 策不完善制约着农村金融功能的发挥；农村金融服务功能缺失，难以满足农村金融需求；农村缺乏补 偿机制，削弱了金融机构服务农村的积极性。应深化农村金融改革，鼓励民营资本参与农村金融；发 挥财政性资金的杠杆作用，实施市场准入扶持政策；加快农村金融基础设施建设，改变传统金融服务 方式；简化服务流程；加快农村金融市场保障体系建设。
