北京交通大学专业硕士学位论文 北京交通大学专业硕士学位论文 A B S T R A C T AB STRACT Coming into new century,surviving environment of railway car manufacturing enterprise have been changed dramatically：the gap between technology which the enterprise rely on is becoming smaller and smaller,the competition between railway transportation equipment manufacturers is changed from technology to cosK if one enterprise have advantages in cost，he will win the initiatives，so how to effectively reduce the operation cost is main points that China railway transportation equipment manufacturer should pay attention． SMB manufacturing method is a unique manufacturing approach created specially for railway transportation equipment manufacturer by bombardier,the famous railway transportation equipment manufacturer,but,this manufacturing method still has some limits．The 1imitation ofⅡliS method iS lack of concern about the details which lead to high cost of enterprise operation due to low efficiency, manpower redundancy,waste of resource，inventory excess etc．All these problems can be solved by introducing lean logistics management and optimize current SMB manufacturing method． This article adopt the method of the combination of theory and practice，Literature Review and investigation analysis，qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis，and firstly analyze the problems existing during SMB method is used in BSP,and then propose the solution of integration of lean logistics with SMB manufacturing method and point out the importance of introduction of lean logistics into SMB method，and finally expatiate several key factors and difficult points． The article researches the importance of lean logistics in optimization of SMB method，reduction of operation cost and enhancement of competition by practice of lean logistics in BSP,this research have some value of reference for the railway car makers to introduce lean logistics under current management mode． KEY WORDS：SMB manufacturing approach；Lean logistics；Lea
