Abstract With the increasing number and complexity of software system, enterprises must strengthen competitive ability. While creates IT system, new system architecture should be taking into account for business to substitute former distributed and exclusive application platforms. Service oriented architecture (SOA) is becoming the system structure of today’s enterprise IT system. SOA is an architecture model or assembly of services in essence, which connect different functions of application programmers through interface and contract. The appearance of SOA has brought tremendous competitiveness for enterprises with its characteristics of HYPERLINK /dvbbs/dispbbs.asp?boardid=58amp;id=4821amp;star=1amp;page=26 criterion、Loose coupling and agility. The core of IT system construction based on SOA is service discovery and service design. This paper is based on an example of the practice project of GDHRSOFT Portal. First, it introduces the technology foundation of SOA, including the relation of SOA and Web service, the core protocol of Web service, etc.; and then it discusses the reference principle of service analysis and design—service design principle and methods, inclusive of 3 mains principles: Alignment principle of Business Functions wit IT Systems, Keep agility principle 、 Loose coupling principle.
