中南人学硕士学位论文 中南人学硕士学位论文 ABSIUlACT ABSTRACT In the complicated industry control process，the controlled obj ects usually have time delay,nonlinear,time—change and various kinds of interferences．W．e take the traditional PID control method．the static and dynamic output capability is not very satisfied．The fuzzy control as a branch of intelligence control field could be good at controlling those complicated，nonlinear systems．For the characteristic of pure parameter and inaccurate model，the systems take on strong robust． Electrically heated furnace is a typical system which has pure lag， large inertia and variable time characteristic．The math model is established by step function response．Based on the theory of fuzzy contr01．the Fuzzy—Dahlin controI iS mainly studied which the fuzzy controller and Dahlin controller are combined to a new type of controller． Fuzzy-Dahlin control of self-adjusting parameters is applied to the temperature control system．In addition，the Ringing phenomenon is analyzed，and a new improved method is proposed．Simulation is studied when the object parameters iS changed．Simulation results are shown that fuzzy control has the extra-regulation more small(even zero)，the regulation time more short，and the robustness beRer for the temperature controlled plant．Fuzzy．Dahlin control has very good control effect and robustness because it has the sensitivity and flexibility of fuzzy control and high precision of Dahlin contr01． At last．the realization of fuzzy-Dahlin intelligent temperature control iS studied on a Single chip microcomputer．The hardware and software of the temperature control system al e introduced．Apply Fuzzy-Dahlin intelligent control in the temperature control system of electrically heated fumace．the better control effect iS obtained and the contr01 capability iS clearly improved because the flaw of traditional PID control and Dahlin controliS overcome． KEY WORDS： El
