作者简介：王幸（1985—），女，河北衡水人，上海对外贸易学院2010级外国语言学及应用语言学专业研究生。主要研究方向：应用语言学、英语教学理论与实践 对比研究《兰亭集序》的两个英译版本 王 幸 （上海对外贸易学院 上海 201620） 摘 要：中国传统文学的翻译日趋盛行，尤其是经典之作的翻译，例如散文、小说、诗歌等等。在众多佳作之中，凭借其对大自然美景的精湛描绘以及对人生与死这一根本问题的深层探索，很显然，《兰亭集序》乃不可多得的上层之作。因此该经典之作吸引了不少国人对此进行翻译。例如，林语堂将《兰亭集序》译成英文，后该译文收录于《扬州瘦马——林语堂中英文对照丛书》；北大退休教授罗经国将该序译成英文，后该译文收录于《古文观止——精选汉英对照》一书中。本文从句子、语篇的角度出发，通过对以上两篇译文进行比较，初探中国古典文学翻译的技巧及注意事项。 关键词：翻译对比研究；古典文学；兰亭集序 A Comparative Study of Two Translation Versions of Lan Ting Ji Xu Wang Xing Abstract: Translation of ancient Chinese literature works has gained increasing popularity, particularly of those classic works in the form of essays, novels, poems, etc. Among those outstanding works, Lan Ting Ji Xu is an obviously magnificent piece of work with excellent description of nature and profound investigation into the fundamental question of human’s life and death. The translation of this masterwork has attracted many Chinese scholars. For example, Lin Yutang has translated Lan Ting Ji Xu into English in his book called The Concubine Market of Yangchow. Luo Jingguo, a retired professor of Beijing University, has also translated it into English in a book titled Key words: Translation Comparison; Classic Works; Lan Ting Ji Xu 1. Introduction 1.1 Classic Literature Translation China is more integral to the international community presently, with increasing exchanges of culture which rely highly on translation. The translation between Chinese and other languages has experienced three peaks in history, respectively, Buddhist text translation from East Han to the Tang and Song Dynasties, science translation of the late Qing and early Ming Dynasties, the western learning translation from the Opium War to the May Fourth Movement. And it is currently witnessing the fourth one.
