学 号：201114310117 毕业设计说明书 GRADUATE DESIGN 设计题目：唐山市丰南区交通局办公楼设计 学生姓名：郑爱鹏 专业班级：11土木学院2015年6月3日摘 要 本毕业设计的工程项目为。内容包括。本主体为层，建筑高度20.3m底层高为m，标准层层高为3.9m，，总建筑面积为4985m2，室内外高差为0.0m。 本工程结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，抗震设防烈度为8度；建筑基础采用柱下独立基础，楼梯采用板式楼梯。结构计算结构计算包括手算和电算两部分，其中手算部分包括一榀框架的结构计算、框架柱下基础的计算、楼板计算、内力组合计算。电算部分采用PKPM结构设计软件进行分析计算对比。 施工组织设计是施工组织设计是对施工活动实行科学管理的重要手段，包括四项基本内容：施工方案施工进度计划施工现场平面布置有关劳力施工机具建筑安装材料，施工用水、电、动力及运输、仓储设施等建设工程的需要量及其供应与解决办法。 This graduation design project for Tangshan abundant south area transportation bureau office building design.
