ABSTRACT A Solved Scheme for any scale mobile Payment Based on PKI By：Song Chunyu(Computer Application)Directed by：Prof．Wang Xiaojing ABSTRACT In the recent years，the number of mobile phone user has explosively increased， mobile phone is becoming more and more common people’S tool with themselves anytime．Mobile payment has many advantages such aS Convenience and taken with user anytime，hence it is becoming a new direction of electronic payment in the future．Much convenience can be brou曲t to customers；Income can be increased for wireless telecom；Costs of banks Can be reduced；Turnover can be improved for commercial units by using mobile payment．Consequently,Research on mobile payment has great significance and applicability． AlthotIgh wireless telecom has adopted some schemes of mobile payment， effects in practice aren’t satisfied．There exist many problems，in which security problems are dominating．They are the core of mobile payment and bottleneck of customers’confidence．In all security problems，Non-repudiation on transaction is the foremost problem unsolved in existed schemes． This paper studies many known schemes in mobile payment，discusses problems existed among them，and mainly analyses and studies zion—repudiation problems．Finally,We proposes a mobile phone payment and account transfer scheme which is convenient，healthy,secure，transparent，fast，checkage，mediatorial in transaction，especially,manipulation in payment is suitable to people’S customs and solves the non—repudiation problems．Scheme proposed focus on benefits of both bank and telecom，all ofparticipants concemed in payment are apt to implement  苎±!型堕堡望塑鉴竺生兰盟坚垫垄壅 and manipulate， In conclusion，this paper makes a comprehensive and intensive research on mobile payment and outlines a feasible scheme oriented security and flexibility． Especially,It focuses on solving non—repudiation problem and making mobile payment become a mainstream and promising one in the future． Keyword：Payment，Security,Non-repudiation
