The new ly proposedmodel has a un ifiedmathematical expres- sion. U sing the proposed spatial coherence model, the analytical expressions of comb ination coefficients are de- duced for pow er spectrum m ethods and response spectrum methods undermu lti-support seism ic excitations. The nu- merical results of an example bridge show that the analytical coefficients deduced in th ispaper is accurate enough to meet the seism ic design. s requirements. M eanwh ile, the computation consumption for seism ic response of structures undermu lti-support excitations is reduced to 1/20 low er than that of the integralmethods.
