The resource integration and sharing are the critical issues in this field. This paper introduces the architecture design of a public digitized cultural sharing service platform. The platform provides functions of resource sharing, network delivery, and business management. The proposed platform integrates the above functions and implements the resource co-construction and sharing, intelligent content delivery, and application integration. Experiments show that the proposed platform has good user experience regarding the response time and the ability to deal with the massive data.
