Sending out the questionnaires is the methodology of this study. The 360 copies of questionnaire were sent to the salesmen from 22 life insurance companies in Taiwan. Actually 216 questionnaires were retrieved and 186 questionnaires were valid. The validation is 52%. The data were analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that balanced psychological contract was related with the innovative behavior and the interaction of conflict style and psychological contract obvious moderating effect to the innovative behavior. In the end we provide suggests that could be used as practical implications about leadership management.
