Co mpar ed w ith the steady st ate power quality , the main character istic of the dynamic pow er quality is the short du r atio n. T he dy nam ic power qualit y includes voltag e dips, voltag e surg e, and instant interruption. Because these dy namic power quality r esults in sever ely effects o n the economic benefit of many manufactur ers, it is v ery important to improv e the dy nam ic pow er quality. T he dynamic voltag e quality is the main problem of dy namic pow er quality, and the v oltage dips is most widespread than problems of other v oltage qualit y.
