Accountability Profession專門職業 A self-disciplined group of individuals who hold themselves out to the public as possessing a special skill derived from training or education and who are prepared to exercise that skill primarily in the interests of others. The core of every profession contains two elements: possession of a specialized body of knowledge and a commitment to service. Professional專業人士(專家) A professional is a person who belongs to a group( a profession) which possesses specialized knowledge, skills and attitudes which have been obtained after a long period of study and which are used to benefit other members of society. Medical professionalism醫療專業化(專業精神) Medical professionalism includes both the relationship between a physician and a patient and a social contract between physicians and society. Medical professionalism describes the skills, attitudes and behaviors which we have come to expect from individuals during the practice of their profession and includes concept such as maintenance of competence, ethical behavior, integrity, honesty, altruism, service to others, adherence to professional codes, justice, respect for others, self-regulation,etc. That is professionalism aspires to altruism, accountability, excellence, duty, service, honor, integrity and respect for others. Three blocks towards professionalism Continuing Medical Education Performance Assessments Fitness to Practice Investigations 備註: 罹患精神疾病或身心狀況違常,經主管 機關認定不能執行業務 我國建立醫事人員繼續教育制度之現況 建立醫事人員繼續教育制度之目的 經由定期更新執業執照，以確保醫事人員於執業期間保持適於提供服務之知能。 建立醫事人員繼續教育制度(提升執業品質)執業執照更新—需完成繼續教育積分 每六年應接受下列繼續教育課程內容達一定點數以上： 專業課程 專業倫理 專業相關法規 專業品質 醫事人員完成前項規定每六年應接受之繼續教育，由中央主管機關委託相關專業團體辦理審查認定，其符合規定者，由該相關醫學團體發給六年效期之完成繼續教育證明文件 專業倫理、醫療相關法規之積分，至少應達總積分數1/10以上。(醫師尚需品質課程) 各類醫事人員繼續教育辦法發布時程 醫師：97.4.21修正 物理、職能：97.5.23發布 護理：97.6.20發布 檢驗、放射：97.10月修正草案完成預告，簽核發布中 語言：97.10月完成預告，簽核發布中 營養、呼吸、助產、心理：修正中 藥事：研訂中 繼續教育辦法之法源
