基于 OZ890 和 C8051F340 的锂电池管理系统设计与实现 DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF LITHIUM BATTERIES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON OZ890 AND C8051F340 ABSTRACT Along with the problem of environmental deterioration and resource scarcity become more and more serious, people are gradually aware of the importance on the exploiting and using of new energy, every country’s government branch unveil fresh policy to encourage the action of exploiting and using new energy, In the system of new energy, battery system is a needful part . the market of electric bicycle lithium ion battery powered welcome a unprecedented period of important strategic opportunities under the impetus of global new energy policy. The management system of battery is a kind of electronic device that imanage the batteries on the electric bicycle, for the important function on the management of safety and solving the problem of balancing control, make it become one of the core components on electric bicycle. The design and implementation process of a lithium battery manage system which is using a special battery management chip OZ890 and a communication processor of C8051F340 as its control core is described in this paper, system develop divide into two parts, one is software system development and the other is hardware development. Hardware development includes the power supply circuit design, the battery information acquisition circuit design and so on. The software design also can divide into two parts, one is software design on the C8051F340 and another is software design on the PC machine. In the end, the system realize the function of protection manage function,Besides ,also realize the function of information acquisition function, battery pile balance function, battery information statistics, the communication of USB and SMBus, heat control and so on.
