PAGE \* MERGEFORMATI 摘 要 曲柄连杆机构是V型气动马达的核心构件,作用在曲柄连杆机构上的力主要是由其运动质量产生的惯性力和作用在活塞上的气体压力,这些力或力矩随着曲柄转角的不同而变化。尤其是作为气动载人绞车时,随着运行工况的不断变化,作用在曲柄连杆机构上的力变化石果分鹤虱复杂。因此,的风格杆机构进行分析研究,并进行动力学分析具有重要意义。 本文针对气动马达常用的三种四风谷机构,深入分析了V型气动马达随着马达运行工况的变化,作用在曲柄连杆是规范力和力矩的变化情况,建立了曲柄连杆机构的运动学和动力学模型,并进行深入分析。 论文的研究对V型气动马达受力件校核与设计提供了重要依据。 关键词: V型气动马达、曲柄连杆机构、受力分析、动力学分析 ABSTRACT Crank and connecting rod mechanism is the main part of the V-shaped pneumatic motor. The forces acting on the crank and connecting rod mechanism include inertia force produced by moving components mass and cylinder pressure on the piston whichvaries with crank-angle. Variation of the forces on the crank and connecting rod mechanism become more and more complicated with changing operating condition especially used as pneumatic manned winch. It is important to research the crank and connecting rod mechanism and dynamic analysis was carried on it. This paper studies three kind of common crank and connecting rod mechanism in the pneumatic motor,analyzes variation of the forces and torques acting on the crank and connecting rod mechanism with changes of operating condition of V-shaped pneumatic motor, establishes the kinematics model and dynamics model, develops analysis system of crank and connecting rod mechanism。 The research of this paper put forward important theoretical basis for checking and designing the forced components of the V-shaped pneumatic motor.
