摘 要 随着社会的进步和改革开放的不断深入，我国的建筑工业突飞猛进。绿色建筑、智能建筑的兴起，标志着现代建筑朝多元化方向发展,向新的高度推进。改革开放以来，随着综合国力的增强，人民生活质量有了很大提高，建筑行业也得到很大改善,这就给建筑电气的设计带来了新的机遇和挑战。 建筑电气的设计包括变、配电系统（包括负荷等级、供电电源、主接线方式、变配电站位置、数量、容量及型式、继电保护，功率补偿方式、线缆材质型号及敷设方式、各种配电设备的选型及安装方式、电机启动及控制方式等），照明系统（包括光源及灯具的选择和安装控制方式、室外照明设计、照明线缆的选择及其敷设方式），住宅楼防雷及接地保护系统等。 本论文对住宅楼的供配电，照明系统，住宅楼防雷及接地保护系统进行了设计，阐述了建筑供配电设计的目的、意义、设计任务和设计依据，并依据国家相关规范，对系统的供配电电气主接线的选择、负荷计算、变电所形式和位置选择、供配电系统设备的选择、以及供配电系统设备保护；照明方式的选择、光源与灯具的选择、合理布置灯具、照明供电、照度计算、疏散标志照明、照明供电系统设计; 住宅楼防雷等级与接地种类系统选择。并根据电气设计规范绘制出相关的电气图纸。 关键词：负荷计算；箱式变电站；照明；电缆；防雷接地； Abstract The main graduation presented is based on national standards and norms forresidential electric power supply system design. Its main contents include the following aspects: First, per unit area method, unit load calculation method indicators. Next, choose the form of step-down box and the location of substation. Finally, the selectionvoltage and low voltage cable models calculate current and low voltage power distribution equipment. Outlined box substation lightning protection and grounding, and draw out the relevant electrical drawings.
