质性研究 歌舞升平下的暗流涌动 PAGE1/ NUMPAGES43 歌舞升平下的暗流涌动 ——广州市翠湖社区管理和居民参与的展示和剖析 【摘要】社区管理与居民参与是当今中国社会建设的重要内容。本文通过分析针对典型社区广州市翠湖社区进行的田野调查所得数据，试图从社区管理者、对社区满意度较高居民、不满意居民三个不同角度呈现该社区的管理与居民参与图景，并分析产生这种现象的深层原因，特别是心理动机，从而为社区管理与居民参与提出可行性建议，以促进社区的和谐发展。 【关键词】社区管理；社区参与；满意程度；心理动机 The Undercurrent Behind The Smooth Peace ——the display and analysis of the community management and resident participation in Cuihu Community of Guangzhou 【Abstract】Community management and the community participation of the residents are important parts of the social construction in China. From analyzing the statistic collected from the field investigation in Cuihu Community，we try to show the situation of community management and community participation of Cuihu Community，with three different angle，the managers，the residents who are satisfied and unsatisfied. And，we will analyze the reason why that happened，especially the psychological motivation.
