自动穿串机
摘要
本次设计是研发一种新型的餐厅实用型自动穿串机,其主要功能是:能自动的穿多种菜品;减少额外保鲜的能源消耗;消除原始人工劳力负担。设计中包括机械模型的构建,功能实现的原理和主要机构结构的说明。控制采用单片机控制,单片机通过安装在各个运动末端的中断按钮接受中断响应的方式,以此作为控制运动部件的信号来依次控制其动作方式,运动部件包括基本机械运动和气压系统;部分传动部件的校核。再进行虚拟运动仿真后,加上额外人工填充时间,在理想的工作情况下,基本效率是720串/min,能达到餐厅在不使用保鲜柜的条件下满足即时需求。

Abstract:This design is to develop a new type of restaurant practical automatic wear string machine, Its main function is to automatic wear many dishes,Reduce the energy consumption of the extra fresh and Eliminate artificially labor burden. Design includes the construction of mechanical models, the realization principle and the main function of institutional structure of the instructions. Control adopts MCU control and MCU accept interrupt response way by the end of the installation of the interruption button . This as control moving parts in the signal to control its movements way.Moving parts including basic mechanical motion and hydraulic system. Another is part of driving part calculation. Basic efficiency is 720 string/min in the ideal work situation of virtual simulation Add the extra artificially filling time. It can achieve immediately demand Even if restaurant without Crisper compartments.
