PAGE II . 南京工业大学本科生毕业论文 废旧丁腈胶粉应力诱导脱硫反应的影响因素研究—螺杆转速的影响 摘 要 本文研究了废旧丁腈胶粉应力诱导脱硫反应的影响因素——螺杆转速的影响。论文中采用废旧丁腈胶粉挤出过程中加入线性高分子（如EVA）作为溶胀剂和承载流体，并改变双螺杆挤出机螺杆转速和反应温度的方法研究了过氧化物、多硫化物及其复合促进剂对废旧丁腈胶粉脱硫反应的影响。考察了脱硫促进剂品种、反应温度和双螺杆挤出机螺杆转速对废旧丁腈胶粉脱硫产物凝胶含量的影响。结果表明：螺杆转速在200rpm到1000rpm时，随螺杆转速的提高，凝胶含量呈现先下降后上升的趋势。在复合促进剂DBPH/420/水，挤出温度为180℃， 关键字：废旧丁腈橡胶 高剪切应力 螺杆转速 脱硫 Abstract 南京工业大学本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE III Effects of Shear Stress Coming from the Screw Speed of Twin Screw Extruder on Devulcanization of Waste Nitrile Rubber Abstract This paper studies the waste nitrile rubber powder desulfurization reaction of stress-induced factors - the impact of screw speed .This experiment used nitrile rubber powder is used in the extrusion process to linear polymer ( such as EVA) as the swelling agent and carrier fluid and changing the twin-screw extruder screw speed and the reaction temperature were studied peroxides polysulfides and composite enhancers on waste nitrile rubber powder desulfurization reaction.The effects of different species desulfurization accelerators , twin-screw extruder screw speed and the reaction temperature on desulfurization products nitrile rubber powder content of the gel . The experimental results show that: in the 200rpm to 1000rpm, with the increase in screw speed,gel content values first decreased and then increased, when 400rpm better desulfurization effect.
