实用标准文案 PAGE 精彩文档 实用标准文案 精彩文档 攀枝花学院本科毕业设计（论文） [攀枝花市西区框架结构住宅楼1#楼] 学生姓名： 王 浩 然 学生学号： 200910803051 院（系）： 土木与建筑工程学院 年级专业： 2009级土木工程 指导教师： 李小伟 副教授 助理指导教师： 二〇一三年六月 实用标准文案 实用标准文案 摘 要 钢筋混凝土结构具有良好的受力性能，能充分发挥混凝土及钢筋的力学性能，比钢结构耐火时间长。本次毕业设计为住宅楼，住宅楼分为三室两厅双卫和两室两厅一卫，三室两厅双卫每户建筑面积为左右，两室两厅一卫每户建筑面积为左右，本工程位于攀枝花市西区，拟建总建筑面积为：，建筑楼层层数为层，每层层高均为，建筑总高度（含楼梯突出屋面塔楼部分）为，楼梯突出屋面塔楼部分的高度为。本次毕业设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分内容。 建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑基地环境、使用功能、综合选型、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。着重解决了建筑物与周围环境、建筑物与各种细部构造，最终确定设计方案，画出建筑施工图。 结构设计的阶段大体可以分为三个阶段：首先，结构方案阶段应根据建筑的重要性，建筑所在地的抗震设防烈度，工程地质勘查报告，建筑场地的类别及建筑的高度和层数来确定建筑的结构形式，本工程采用的是框架结构；其次，结构计算阶段主要是荷载计算、水平作用力计算（风荷载和水平地震作用）、竖向荷载（恒荷载和活荷载）计算、内力组合与内力调整以及基础、楼板和楼梯等构件的计算；最后，施工图设计阶段：根据上述计算结果，来最终确定构件布置和构件配筋以及根据规范的要求来确定结构构件的构造措施，包括基础、墙、柱、梁、板、楼梯、构件大样细部详图等等。 关键词：框架结构，荷载组合，抗震设计，条形基础，折板式楼梯。 实用标准文案 ABSTRACT Reinforced concrete structure has good mechanical behavior, so that it will perform fully the mechanical properties of both concrete and steel bar and its fire-resistance time is longer than that of steel structure. The graduate design is residential buildings which have two categories. One has three rooms, two halls with double bathrooms and the other is two rooms, two halls with one bathroom. The building area per user of previous one is about 120 m2, and that of the later one is around 90m2. The project is located in the western area of Pan Zhihua, and the planning overall floorage is 4393 m2 Considering general planning, architectural design refers to, in accordance with requirements of design description, the comprehensive evaluation of site environment, function, combined selection, construction, materials, and equipments, architectural art as well as economy etc. And it solves relationships between buildings and surrounding environments, and relationships between buildings and detailed construction to ultimately determine the design scheme so as to draw architectural working drawing.
