PAGE 青岛理工大学 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题目：高空带电作业车机械手设计 院 别：汽车与交通学院 专业班级：交通运输二班 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导老师： 20 年6月18日 摘 要 带电作业是为了保证供电设备安全、可靠运行、提高电网经济运行和服务质量的重要检修手段。 本篇论文基于高空带电作业的需要设计了高空带电作业车机械手。为了达到一种简易直观的效果，本文选用SolidWorks软件对其进行设计，以SolidWorks软件为平台，对高空带电作业机械手进行了零件建模、虚拟装配、爆炸视图及动画演示。 本篇论文首先大致介绍了带电作业车及带电作业的知识,然后着重叙述了高空带电作业机械手零部件建模、装配、爆炸视图及动画演示的制作方法。在机械手的零部件设计中，主要设计底座、绝缘机构、旋转台、机械臂、液压机构、机械手末端、专用夹具等，所使用的操作主要有拉伸、镜像、旋转、扫描等。最后，对运用SolidWorks软件设计高空带电作业车机械手进行了总结。 关键词：SolidWorks，带电作业车，机械手，动作仿真 ABSTRACT Live Line Work has become an important means for examining and repairing，which can ensure power supply equipment to ran safely and reliable, ensuring power net to ran economically and afford better service for the users. The paper was based on the needs of live line work at height, in order to achieve a simple visual effects, SolidWorks was used to design animators of live line work trucks. As a platform for high-altitude operation, SolidWorks charged parts manipulator modeling, virtual assembly, exploded view and animation presentation. Firstly, the paper introduced the live line work trucks and knowledge of live line work. And then, it focused on the high-altitude manipulator charged parts modeling, assembly, exploded view and animation demo production methods. There were lots of accessories in the robot design in the paper, such as the main design of the base, insulated body, turntable, arm, hydraulic body manipulator end, special fixtures, etc. Main operations used in the design were stretch, mirror, rotate and scanning. Finally, the design of manipulator of high-altitude operation truck used SolidWorks was summarized.
