PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 w 内蒙古科技大学 本科毕业论文 题 目：交换作用理论分析反铁磁性产生的机理 学生姓名： xxx 学 院： 物理科学与技术学院 学 号： 专 业： 应用物理学 班 级： 2008 级应用理 指导教师： xx 教授 二 〇 一 二 年 五 月 摘要 反铁磁性是指存在着自发磁化的化合物，由于相邻原子磁矩反向平行排列而净自发磁化强度变现为零的现象。因为反铁磁的发现，导致后来亚铁磁的发现以及铁氧体材料的广泛应用和发展。交换作用是一种量子力学效应，是电子间的一种相互作用形式。是磁化材料产生自发磁化的理论基础。本文先介绍了反铁磁性概况，并对自发磁化分子场理论及反铁磁性的分子场理论进行了探讨。分别对海森伯交换作用、超交换作用、双交换作用做了阐述和讨论，在此基础上，对反铁磁性产生的物理根源进行解释。在文章的最后，讲述了反铁磁物质的价值，并对反铁磁性物质的应用前景进行了展望。 关键词：交换作用； 反铁磁；量子理论 Abstract Antiferromagnetism exists a spontaneous magnetization of the compounds adjacent atomic magnetic moment antiparallel alignment net spontaneous magnetization realizable zero phenomenon. This paper first describes the antiferromagnetic profiles, and spontaneous magnetization of the molecular field theory and antiferromagnetic molecular field theory are discussed. On the Heisenberg exchange interaction, the super-exchange interaction, double exchange interaction are described in detail and discussion, on this basis, to explain the physical origin of antiferromagnetism. At the end of the article about the value of the anti-ferromagnetic material and application prospects of the anti-ferromagnetic material.
