经典文档 下载后可编辑复制 莱钢集团管理中沟通的问题研究 摘 要 管理沟通是现代企业管理中重要的环节，有效的管理沟通有助于提升管理水 平，无效的管理沟通无异于浪费资源;有效的管理沟通是现代企业降低管理成本、 提高管理效率的关键。企业应当提高沟通效率，充分运用沟通的各种形式，来提 升管理效率和水平。 本文在全面阐述沟通理论的基础上，介绍了企业管理过程中各个职能所需的 沟通技术、途径和手段等，强调沟通对促进各项管理职能顺利开展的作用。在此 基础上，通过应用有关沟通理论对莱钢集团公司存在的管理职能中的沟通问 题进行了全面的剖析，并分析导致企业出现沟通问题的原因，并进一步提出解决 管理沟通问题的对策和建议。 本文着重从沟通手段的运用、沟通环境、沟通渠道的改进以及对员工沟通技 能的培训的角度出发，本着以人为本的管理理念，进而对莱钢集团管理沟通中存 有的问题进行解决。通过对沟通行为的分析，能够有助于莱钢集团公司管理的改善，建立健全合理的人力资源管理机制。 关键词:沟通 管理沟通 人力资源管理 The study on the problems of management communication in Laigang Group Abstract Management communication is an important section in modern enterprises management. Effective management communication is helpful to improve management level while ineffective management communication is a waste of resources; effective management communication is the key for modern enterprises to decrease their cost and increase their management efficiency. Therefore, enterprises should improve communication effectiveness and play different forms of communication to full use in order to improve management efficiency and level. On the basis of overall elaboration of communication theories, this paper introduces communication techniques, approaches and means of different function in enterprise management, emphasizes the function of communication in promoting all the management positions to operate smoothly. On this basis, this paper also analyzes the communication problems in Laigang Group by using related theories and reasons that cause these problems, and then proposes solutions and suggestions to the management communication problems. This paper starts from the uses of means of communication, communication environment, improvements for communication approaches and trainings for employees’ communication techniques, base on the people-oriented management ideas and solve the management communication problems in Laigang Group.
