摘 要: 高速铁路作为一种新型的交通方式,其快速发展给交通运输史上带来一次重
大的飞跃.虽然中国高铁建设发展时间短,但已经成为世界上发展最快、运营里程最长、在
建规模最大的国家.动车、高铁和磁悬浮高速列车等对安全与技术要求非常高.论坛以“中
国高铁安全与技术”为主题,关注运营控制安全、基础设施安全、移动装备安全等领域,探
讨了中国高速铁路运营安全理论与实践问题,焊接结构抗疲劳设计与健康监测理论、方
法与应用问题,以及高速列车制动闸片设计与制造问题.
关键词: 铁路运输;高速铁路;运输安全;焊接工程;列车制动

Abstract:Abstract: High-speed railway as a new kind of transportation model, its rapid development has brought a
great leap forward in the history of transportation. Though its development and construction is short, Chinas
high- speed railway has become the fastest growing, the longest operating mileage and the largest
construction scale country in the world. The safety and technology of high-speed railway is required very
high. The 42nd conference of “Traffic and Transportation 7+ 1”sets its theme as “Safety and Technology of
High- speed Railway in China”. It pays attention to the safety of operation control, infrastructure, mobile
equipment, etc. It also discusses that the theory and practice
