PAGE PAGE 1 Sample 劳务输出合同 Contact for Providing Labor Services Abroad No. LBS 188 This Contract is made between German Construction Company, organized under the laws of Germany, having its principal office at 150 Rhine River Street, Frankfurt, Germany (hereinafter called “the Employer”) of the one part and China National Foreign Economic Cooperation Company, organized under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, having its principal office at 250 Jianguo Road, Caoyang District, Beijing, China (hereinafter called “CNFEC”) of the other part. WHEREAS the Employer is desirous that manpower supply be rendered for National Trading Center Building, Baghdad, Iraq (hereinafter called “the Works”) WHEREAS CNFEC is desirous to provide the labor force for the Works; NOW THESES PRESENTS WITNESS and it is hereby agreed between the parties hereto as follows: Article 1 GENERAL 1) The Employer shall be responsible for executing the Works, whereas CNFEC shall be responsible for providing the labor force for the Works. 2) This Contract shall become effective on and from the date on which it is signed and shall remain valid until all outstanding issues and financial matters under this Contract have been resolved. Article 2 PERSONNEL 1) CNFEC shall dispatch for the Works its authorized representatives, technical personnel, workers, and a necessary number of service and administrative personnel as specified in Annex I attached hereto (hereinafter called “the Personnel”). 2) Annex I shall constitute an integral part of this Contract. 3) Authorized representatives from CNFEC shall be responsible for organizing the personnel to fulfill at the worksite obligations of CNFEC stipulated in this Contract, and for supervising the Personnel in their domestic matters.
