毕业设计（论文） 题目： 建筑项目前期工程造价管理 姓 名： 董 扬 专 业： 工 程 管 理 学 院： 继续教育学院 学习形式： 自 考 本 科 助学单位： 辽宁建筑职业学院 指导教师： 田 游 2015年8月 建筑项目前期工程造价管理 摘 要 工程造价的控制管理是一个全过程的控制，每一个环节都是不能松懈的，由于工程项目前期对工程造价的重要影响，所以控制工程造价的重点是工程项目前期。建设项目前期由于对可行性研究的不重视，可行性研究工作不全面不深入，设计中技术与经济没有有效结合，以及施工招投标不规范、施工合同签订的不严谨等等问题，影响了对工程项目造价的控制管理，加强建设项目前期造价管理的措施：在项目决策阶段做好可行性研究和对研究成果的评价；在设计阶段分别进行方案、技术、施工设计的招投标，推行限额设计、标准设计、设计监理，加强技术与经济的有效结合，施工招投标实行工程量清单计价方式，施工合同签订应本着公平合理的原则。总之，建设项目前期的造价控制对整个项目的造价控制有着非常重要的作用。 关键词：建筑项目；工程前期；造价管理 Early construction project cost management Abstract Project cost control and management is a control of the whole process, each link is no room for complacency, because the important impact of the Project preliminary project cost, so cost control engineering projects focused on pre.
