长春理工大学毕业设计 PAGE PAGE II 编号 本科生毕业设计 管料自动输推料机构设计 Design of pipe materials automatically feeding mechanism 学 生 姓 名 潘璁 专 业 机械电子工程 学 号 070321224 指 导 教 师 李彦清 学 院 机电学院 2011年6月 PAGE 摘 要 工业机械手是人类创造的一种机器,更是人类创造的一项伟大奇迹,其研究、开发和设计是从二十世纪中叶开始的.我国的工业机械手是从80年代七五科技攻关开始起步,在国家的支持下,通过七五,八五科技攻关,目前已经基本掌握了机械手操作机的设计制造技术,控制系统硬件和软件设计技术,运动学和轨迹规划技术。 本文设计的机械手由执行系统，驱动系统和控制系统组成，用于机床上工件的传递。对于机械手的类型，组成部分，配合单机实现自动化的应用，以及国内外的发展状况和将来机械手的改广阔的应用前景，本文都有论述。 在正文部分，本文首先说明了机械手整体的规格参数，并论述了手臂和机身的最优化设计方案，然后详细阐述了各单元的设计参数和计算。 关键词： 机械手 送料 机床 Abstract Industrial robot is a machine created by human beings, it is a great miracle of human creation, its research, development and design from the mid-twentieth century began. Chinas industrial robot from the 80s Plan scientific and technological start started in state support, through the Plan, Eighth Five technological breakthroughs, has been basically mastered the robot manipulator design manufacturing technology, control systems hardware and software design. .The paper is the design illustration about programmed controlling manipulator ,which drived by hydraulic pressure .The industrial manipulator is used to supply the workpiece ,which are usually made up of operating system ,driving system and controlling system . This manipulator is a tool to supply workpieces .As to the types of manipulator, its composement realizing automatization with computer ,its development in the future ,which are all detailed in the paper . On the main part of the text ,this paper narrated the standard parameters at first ,and enhanced the best design idea of the machine arm and machine body ,and then it detailed the design parameters and the calculating way .
