经典文档 下载后可编辑复制 内容摘要：服装零售业作为一个发展迅速、竞争激烈的行业要想占据一定的市场份额就必须和其他企业合作,建立资源共享、优势互补的战略协作关系以适应新的竞争形势，因此，有必要建立一条从生产原料到市场销售的完善的供应链来降低生产成本从而提高企业的竞争优势。本文首先介绍了供应链管理的相关理论基础如供应链的特征、供应链管理的特征等等以及服装零售业的相关特性，其次介绍了供应链管理在服装零售业中的应用情况，然后介绍了服装零售行业中的几种供应链管理模式以及优缺点的比较，最后结合案例分析ZARA公司在供应链管理方面的优点总结有助于优化供应链管理模式的相关建议。 关键词：服装零售；供应链管理；模式 Abstract: The clothing retail industry is a rapidly developing and fierce competition industry. If we want to occupy a certain market share must with other enterprises to establish the sharing of resources, complementary advantage strategic cooperative relationship to adapt to the new competition situation. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a integrated supply chain from producers goods to marketing.In order to reduce the production cost and improve the competitive advantage of enterprises. This paper firstly introduces the basic theory of supply chain management such as the characteristics of the supply chain and the characteristics of the supply chain management, and the characteristics of clothing retail industry, then introduces the service condition of supply chain management in the clothing retail industry, then introduces several kinds of supply chain management mode of the clothing retail industry and the comparison of advantages and disadvantages. Finally, Combined with the case sum up some suggestions.Based on the case analysis of ZARA company, analyses the advantages and disadvantages in aspects of supply chain management,in order to optimize the supply chain management mode.
