华南理工大学硕士学位论文 精品文档 PAGE 可编辑 构建发展型高校教学管理模式研究 摘 要 纵观教学管理模式的历史演进可以看出，高校教学管理、人的发展和社会进步具有历史的一致性，三者之间是相互促进的关系。社会进步是以人的进步发展为前提的，从根本上说是人的发展推动了社会的进步，而教学管理要为培养人、发展人的根本目标服务，教学管理过程同时也是建构人的发展的过程。因此，教学管理模式的发展影响人的发展和社会进步，人的发展影响教学管理模式的发展和社会进步，社会进步决定教学管理模式发展和人的发展。和平与发展是当今世界和时代的主题，和平是发展的必要条件，而发展则是时代主题的本质。高校教学管理模式是随着人的发展和社会发展而不断发展的，其根本目标是促进人的发展和价值实现。发展的时代本质和高校教学管理的发展人的根本目标要求高校教学管理模式从发展维度作出与时俱进的解答。 本文以科学发展观为指导，紧扣人的发展，运用教育管理学的有关理论，力图从教学管理模式的本质层面对高校发展型教学管理模式做出系统研究。本文通过对中西方高校教学管理模式发展的历史演进的研究得出对构建高校发展型教学管理模式的启示；进而从模式的概念界定入手，通过对模式、教学管理、高校教学管理模式的内涵和本质分析，得出高校发展型教学管理模式的内涵；而后对影响构建高校发展型教学管理模式的各组成要素进行系统分析。最后，在对高校教学管理模式的历史分析、理论分析和现实分析的基础上，阐述构建高校发展型教学管理模式的构想，并就其运行进行探索研究，从而达到更新高校教学管理思想和与时俱进构建发展型教学管理模式，从而更好地实现培养社会主义“四有”新人的目标。 关键词：发展型 教学管理模式 构建 The Construction of Developing Pattern of Teaching Management in University Abstract: Throughout the history of the evolution of teaching management pattern can be seen, teaching management, human development and social progress exist a history of consistency ,they are mutually reinforcing relationship. Social progress is based on the premise of human progress and development, fundamentally speaking, is a human development has contributed to the progress of society. While teaching management want to service the fundamental goal of training people and developing people, teaching management process is also a construct of human development process. Therefore, teaching management development affects human development and social progress, human development influences teaching management development and social progress, social advancement decides teaching management development and human development. Peace and development are the theme of todays world and the times; peace is a necessary condition for development, while development is the essential theme of the times.
