Abstract: The degree of fuzzy closeness is an important index which describes the similarity or
proximity of two fuzzy sets. In order to solve the problem of gradient disappearance in some cases, in
this paper, a new formula of fuzzy nearness is put forward in view of the shortcomings of Hamming
and other operators. Then, the new operator is evaluated with its application. Through theoretical
20 analysis and example verification, it is proved that the new operator has the advantages that other
operators do not possess and it has a better resolution on the whole. the new operator overcomes the
shortcomings of commonly used operators and has a good application prospect.

0 引言

论文《“Fuzzy Sets ”》，标志着模糊数学的诞生.随后，各国学者基于此理论展开了研究，
