PAGE PAGE 4 普洱市茶产业经营现状分析及经营能力提升对策 摘 要 本文围绕普洱市茶产业现状分析与经营能力提升这一主题，分析了普洱市茶叶种植业、茶叶加工企业目前存在的一些问题。得出了产业内部各个环节的运作不顺畅；茶产品市场推广、品牌知名度比较低；茶产业缺乏高新科技、智力支撑；大量低水平重复建设，造成资源浪费和恶性竞争；营销观念落后、销售渠道单一。是制约普洱市茶产业发展的现状。为此，结合普洱市茶产业发展现状，要提高其产业经营能力应从以下几方面着力：一要加大茶叶种植业的科技投入，实现茶叶种植的规模化与品牌化；二要加强茶产品市场推广和品牌建设力度；三要对茶叶加工企业进行整合重组，摆脱水平重复建设，建立规范有序的市场环境；四要大力引进人才，加强员工培训力度。 关键词：普洱市；茶产业；经营现状分析；经营能力提升 Pu’er Tea Industry Management to Enhance The Viability of Status and Strategies Yang Tao （Pu’er Tea of Yunnan Agricultural University, Institute of Long Run , Kunming 650201） ABSTRACT The thesis pu-erh tea industry, current situation analysis and management capacity improvement this one theme, analyzed the pu-erh tea plantation, city tea processing enterprise some problems at present. Obtained the interior industrial each link doesnt work smoothly; Tea products marketing, brand awareness low; Lack of tea industry high-tech, intelligence support; Low levels of repetitive construction, cause resource waste and vicious competition; Marketing concepts backward, sales channels and single. Is restricted the development of tea industry pu-erh tea city status quo. Therefore, the pu-erh tea industry development present situation, the city needs to improve its business from the following several aspects ability: firstly, to increase the tea to the investment in science and technology, realizing planting of tea plant scale and the brand; Secondly, to strengthen the tea products marketing and brand construction force; Thirdly, integrate of tea processing enterprise restructuring, get rid of level repetitive construction, establishing an orderly market environment; Four will vigorously introduce talents, strengthening the training of staff strength.
