近年随着经济快速发展、人口的增加，历史街区赖以生存的环境正日益收到 破坏和侵蚀，历史文化街区保护和更新规划成为了当今社会的热点问题。实际的 设计过程中，传统规划手法使用的单一绘图软件难以对付大量的基础数据资料尤 其是与地理空间信息相关的属性资料进行科学有效的定量分析，而导致规划 设计 成果整体科学性不高。 本课题将 GIS 技术运到历史文化街区保护与更新规划中 ，通过分析当前历史 文化街区保护与更新中存在的问题及窑湾历史文化街区内的现状概况，提出现状 中存在的优势和劣势。以街区内各栋建筑为研究对象，通过多因子叠加分析的方 法对各栋建筑价值进行评定，以街区建筑价值评定的结果为依据，提出街区建筑 保护更新体系的策略，结合对历史建筑的保护范围进行缓冲分析为参考，基于传 统规划的设计原则，确定街区用地结构的调整、交通系统的整合、景观环境的改 善、文化旅游的组织及建筑高度的控制。从理性角度指导历史文化街区保护与 更 新规划，为今后数字技术在其他城市规划设计中的应用提供参考价值。 关键词：历史文化街区；历史建筑；保护与更新；Arcmap；属性分析；地理信息 系统；规划设计 Recent years, with the rapid development of economy and increase of popularity, the environment that historical street relied on is suffering destruction and corrode. The plan for the protection and renewal of historic street becomes a hot issue in today’s society. During the practical design process, the traditional method that use single drawing software cannot deal with a lot of basic data material especially cannot do the effective quantitative analysis to attribute data that connected with geospatial information, and this makes the results of the planning design have less scientificalness. This task applied GIS technique to the plan of protecting and renewing historic street. By analyzing the problems that existed in the protection and renewal of historic street and the general current situation of Yaowan’s historic street, this research put forward the advantages and disadvantages existed in the current situation. In this research, we taking the buildings inside the street as the object of study and evaluating the value of each building by the way of superposition factor analysis. This research is based on the result of building’s evaluating, and it comes up with tactics of street building’s protecting and renewing system.
