机械零件绿色材料评价软件的设计与实现 摘要 在当今社会发展阶段，环境污染越来越严重，人们对低碳环保也越来越关注，绿色制造这种全新的制造模式也被重视起来。《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划（2006～2020）年》明确将流程工业绿色化作为优先主题的重要内容；《国家“十一五”科学技术发展规划》将“绿色制造关键技术与装备”作为国家科技支撑计划重大项目，这些都体现了国家对绿色制造的高度重视，所以绿色材料逐渐地成为了制造业研究的热点。材料是人类生存的物质基础，在绿色制造的过程中，绿色材料是必须解决的问题。在机械零件绿色材料的选择时需要考虑到材料的机械性能、工艺性能、经济性和环境属性。本课题从绿色设计的角度评价机械零件用的材料是否环保，采用模糊评价方法对材料进行综合评价，为绿色设计奠定基础。通过建立机械零件绿色材料评价体系，结合材料的机械性能、工艺性能、经济性和绿色度要求，以二级模糊综合评价方式对几种常见材料进行评价。采用.NET开发平台C#语言为软件开发工具进行模糊评价系统开发，软件开发完毕后通过实例进行验证。 关键词： 机械零件，绿色制造，绿色材料，模糊评价  THE EVALUATION SOFTWARE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MECHANICAL PARTS GREEN MATERIALS ABSTRACT Nowadays , the environment pollution is more and more serious in social development stage. People are increasingly concerned about low-carbon environment，The new green manufacturing also pay attention to it. “The Long-term Scientific and Technological Development（2006～2020）years” has determined the process industry green as an important part of the priority themes; “National Eleventh Five-Year science and technology development plan” make the Green manufacturing technology and key equipment as any major projects in National Technology Support Program, it reflecting the state attaches great importance to green manufacturing, so green materials has become a hot research manufacturing gradually. Material is the material basis for human survival, in the process of green manufacturing, the green material is a problem that must be addressed. When we choose mechanical parts green material we should consider the mechanical properties, process performance, economic and environmental properties of the material. This topic is green design from the perspective of evaluation of mechanical parts whether is environmentally friendly, using fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the material to lay the foundation for green design. Through the establishment of the mechanical parts of green material evaluation system，Bonding material mechanical properties, process performance, economy and green requirement，using fuzzy
