五. 福倍安矿物纤维在中国的推广应用 中国公路面临严峻考验 客观因素: 超载严重, 气温变化快; 公路情况: 路面早期破坏严重,普遍 无法达到设计寿命; 福倍安矿物纤维是解决中国公路问题的重要手段 2004年:开始在中国的推广工作; 2005年: 引起了交通部及学术界的关注; 交通部公路司已决定推广使用; 交通部科技司已决定立项研究; 受到了若干省交通厅的重视; 进入路面应用:山东,河北,河南, 山西,内蒙,湖南等。 六. 福倍安矿物纤维的拌合与施工 1. 对于间隙式拌合楼(Batch) 预先将矿物纤维称重包装,每拌合一锅,投入一包。干拌时间为8-12秒,湿拌时间35秒。采用SBS改性沥青时的拌合温度为163度。 2. 对于连续式拌合楼(Drum) 纤维将被机械自动打散,再利用风力将打散的矿物纤维送入拌合机的拌合锅中。纤维的喷入口靠近沥青加入口,使纤维可直接喷入沥青中,与喷入沥青同时进行。 无需增加干拌和湿拌时间,生产效率高。 福倍安道路专用矿物纤维—添加量选择 添加量选择依据: 1)沥青混合料结构 2)路面性能要求 现在应用情况: SMA沥青混合料:0.3%-0.5%; OGFC沥青混合料:0.5%; AC沥青混合料:0.2%-0.5%。 Issues with Fibers Feed can clog – add clear sight glass Introduce loose fiber just after AC introduced – otherwise may clog baghouse Feed is typically by mass – if the workers lean on the feeder, it will cause surges Fibers must be included in ignition furnace calibration – impossible to separate AC and Fiber changes Build Up in Truck Beds Truck drivers hate having to clean out mix.
