摘要中国加入WTO之后，在同世界一些大的跨国公司竞争中，对中国企业管理 摘要 中国加入WTO之后，在同世界一些大的跨国公司竞争中，对中国企业管理 水平的要求也越来越高。管理者迫切需要一套适合自身企业发展的管理信息系统 来及时了解企业信息，做出利于企业快速发展的决策。 J2EE是一种利用Java2平台来简化企业解决方案的开发、部署和管理相关的 复杂问题的体系架构。基于J2EE技术的B／S结构具有可维护性好、可扩展性好、 安全性好等特点。PCC石油公司资金计划分析系统的开发过程中采用了该思想。 本文详细介绍了MIS的发展历程、开发结构及未来的发展方向，并且也对 J2EE技术的开发步骤、技术核心、注意事项作了详细的介绍，通过与其他开发 技术的比较，更加清晰了J2EE技术所具有的优势。 文中后两章以PCC公司MIS的一个子系统为例，详细介绍了基于J2EE技术 的管理信息系统设计与开发过程。并具体解决了一些在实践中所遇到的问题，在 其它MIS开发过程中，可以借鉴其中的开发思想。 实践证明，基于J2EE平台和MVC设计模式为PCC公司开发的MIS能够有 效地解决传统Web应用开发中存在的问题。 关键词： 信息管理系统J2EE MVC企业信息化 ABSTRACTAs ABSTRACT As china became a member of WTO，the competitive environment is getting much fiercer,SO the State-owned enterprise should become more advanced in the management．Using information technology could help the enterprise to improve the economic benefits，optimize the allocation of resources，enhante the core competitiveness and expand the scope for the enterprise’S future development．So a Suitable MIS is very necessary to assist the manager to get immediate business information and make a decision for the enterprise． The Java programmer could use the J2EE platform to simplify the development process and deployment of complex issues related to the Enterprise．The B／S structure based 0／1 the J2EE is more maintainable，more extensible and safer,therefore,the MIS which is developed for PCC is based upon J2EE． The paper describes the development，future structure and the developing direction of the MIS．And the paper also describes the development steps，the core technology and the issues of J2EE．In this paper,J2EE is compared with other development methods，SO we realize the advantages of J2EE． The last two chapters take a part of MIS developed for PCC for an example， describes the details on design and development of MIS．In this paper,some useful methods which could be used in other developing process is introduced． Practice shows that the MIS based On J2EE platform and MVC paaem is better than the MIS developed in the traditional way． KEY WORDS：
