Assumptions:设想 One or more underlying pre-conditions that from the premise of a business proposal or business analysis. * Methodology:一套方法 A set of principles that determine which business methods will be deployed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives set forth in the proposal. Growth impact:经济增长冲击/影响 Illustrates how a proposal meets or exceeds budgeted goals and/or plans. * Financial impact:财政冲击/影响 It is the final, bottom-line measurement of all business projects. The most commonly utilized financial measurements are: ROI:投资收益率 Return On Investment, also known as Return On Invested Capital, is the amount, expressed as a percentage, earned on a company’s total capital outlay for a project. * ROE:股本收益率 Return On Equity, same as ROI, but more specific to stock investments. Payback period:(投资)收回期 The length of time needed to recoup the cost of the proposal’s capital outlay. Capital investment:资本投资 Also known as Capital Expenditure. It is the outlay of money to acquire or improve assets such as buildings, machinery, and other fixed-cost items. * Usage (1/4) Executive summary This is the top-line summary of a proposal. It is the first part of the proposal document that you must speak to. It incorporates your selling idea as well as the bottom-line financial impact. It is usually written in bullet-point form or a concise summary. Example: Opening up a new retail outlet. Qualify expected incremental sales, how that will contribute to budget, and benefit the company in terms of market penetration and branding growth, and ultimately the contribution to the bottom line. * Objective The obje
