STUDY STUDY ON THE I MPLEMENTAT I ON OF V l DEOPHONE BASED ON HSDPA ABSTRACT In recent years，as the quick development ofthe multimedia technology and wireless communication technology,communication of single voice media Can no longer meet the needs of the information age．People need to improve the means of communication．In the arrival of 3G of domestic area,as the high-end applications of 3G mobile phones，mobile phone has be,cA)me a hotspot in recent years· This paper presets and researchs the development of HSDPA Mobile Data Network,the character of 3G-324M protocol stack and the entire softWare platform architecture based on the Real-time Operating System-REX(Real Time Excutive)It gives the main design thoughts，architecture and implementation methods of the videophone system software of a cellphone．In the part of center control，it uses the mechanism of state machines to achieve UI (HMI)，the encoder and decoder,wireless communications equipment,call control based on the circuit switched，the interaction between 3G-324M protocol stack and others SO that the completion ofthe related functions． It does further research of Call Connection of 3G一324M protocol stack and presents the idea of reducing the number of exchange of information．It uses information control，payload segmentation and reassembly,flag emulation avoidance and other techniques，SO that tO achieve quick connection of a call establishment．Experimental results show that the time of connection of call is shortened。 Synchronization of audio and video is an important criterion for measuring multimedia communication systems．Through the analysis of the audio and Ⅱ video video bit stream of videophone of 3G-324M，this paper presents a algorithm of synchronization control between the medias，which USe the flame rate of H．263 video bit streams,control nle time of broadcast of video flame and based on the time of playing of audio．Using the algorithm in the actual Videophone won’t increase communication redundan
